With more than 25 years experience, Richard primarily focuses on business litigation, contracts, civil rights and employment law. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts along with the Southern, Central and Northern Federal District Courts of California, all state courts in Washington, and the Western Federal District Court of Washington. He is a frequent speaker before national and international audiences.
Before launching his own firm, Richard worked both as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 250 company and as an associate for a local law firm.
